Founded in 2006 by the Late Mr. Hans Raj Bansal, Advocate, Bansal IP Asssoiates (formerly corporate consultants) is presently headed by Ms. Kompal Bansal, Patent and Trademark Attorney. She is a qualified electronics engineer and LLB. She is also an innovator, having her own patent for a unique biomedical device. A seasoned patent drafter, she has guided her team in thousands of patents and trademarks operations and bagged final IP Registrations Pan India and Overseas. She is co author in the book title Fundamentals of IP for Engineers which is a recommended text book.
Technology Transfer and Commercialization division is headed by Dr. Parikshit Bansal, an Eminent IP Speaker, Super Innovator with more that 25 Patents. He holds a Ph.D in Bio Chemistry and LLB with an experience of 30 years in Research, Teaching and Technology Transfer Knowing the pain of the inventors Dr. Bansal hand holds them in strategizing IP and bringing the product to market. He is the first author in the book title Fundamentals of IP for Engineers which is a recommended text book. He is also the Author of another book title IPR handbook for Pharma students and researchers.
Design Patent filing and international renewal division is headed by Er. Pulkit Bansal. He holds a degree in automobile engineering. Known as a superb team leader, Pulkit has lead his team to many events held for automobile engineers during his college days. He was selected by WIPO Geneva for Specialized Training Conducted for Phillipines Patent Office, Manila- 2019. Pulkit is a regular attendee in various conferences of IPR held from time to time.
